Web Applications for School Districts
Using technology to help schools advance...Individualized Education Program (IEP)
An Individualized Education Program (IEP) web application is a comprehensive tool designed to streamline the creation, management, and implementation of IEPs for students with special needs. This application allows educators, parents, and related service providers to collaborate effectively by providing a centralized platform for all IEP documents. Each student’s profile includes detailed information about their unique needs, goals, and objectives, ensuring that the educational plan is tailored to their specific requirements. The application also tracks related services, such as speech therapy or occupational therapy, and monitors their implementation to ensure that the student receives all necessary support. Additionally, the platform allows for real-time updates and modifications to the IEP by teachers, accommodating any changes in the student’s needs or progress. By integrating these features, the IEP web application enhances communication, ensures compliance with educational standards, and ultimately supports the student’s academic and personal growth. This tool is invaluable for creating a supportive and adaptive learning environment that promotes the success and well-being of students with special needs.District web sites using a Content Management System (CMS)

Service Request Tracking System / Inventory Tracking
SERTS enables districts to create and track requests for service (work orders) online. Teachers and
staff can login and request repairs to equipment or request that equipment be setup at a specific date and time in their classrooms. Technicians can review the requests, assign priorities and enter solutions as the request moves through to completion. Staff can check the status of their requests at any time. System administrators can manage many aspects of the system including user security and custom reports including usage reports by staff, technician and inventory. SERTS is simple to use with drop-down menus for navigation and online help for all screens. Districts can track complete details for equipment including description, school tag number, user definable equipment types, manufacturer information, equipment location and purchase information, including funding sources. When creating service requests, users can select from this equipment list. Technicians can view equipment repair and request history and they can print depreciation reports.
